Works with Director on editing, writing and acquiring government and corporate grants. Write letters for donations, press releases and corporate sponsorships. Edits copy of social media and marketing. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Edit grant or sponsorship applications

  • Assist in developing communication material for various audiences across several channels (website, social media, email blasts, print advertisements).

  • Ensure the consistent creation and delivery of concise, searchable and engaging content

  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously from conception through completion, providing full writing, editing, proofreading and delivery to multiple internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • University/College education in English, Journalism, Business or Arts

  • Outstanding organizing, project management, time management and planning skills.

  • Resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges and finding solutions.

  • Ability to identify and summarize relevant information.
