Program Assistant

Works with the Event and Program Coordinator in the planning and execution of workshops and events. Will also help with program evaluation and report creation.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the Event and Program Coordinator in executing workshops, events and evaluations

  • Track event registration through email or Google Forms; manage event registration database including mailing lists, and other logistics


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge about the culture and arts sector in Toronto

  • Graduated or currently in College/University

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task; strong organizational skills.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive, Doc and Sheets

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
